Jennifer qualified as a solicitor in 2010 into a busy high street law firm in Blackpool and has practiced in the field of family law for 9 years.
Jennifer joined Scott-Moncrieff & Associates Ltd in 2017 and has a busy caseload of both public and private family law.
In her public law cases, Jennifer represents both parents and extended family members. Jennifer has represented vulnerable clients as well as those facing serious allegations such as drug offences, serious assault, allegations of non-accidental injury and domestic violence.
Within her private law cases, Jennifer has extensive experience dealing with complex child arrangements disputes, financial remedy cases and divorce.
Jennifer represents both applicants and respondents in relation to injunction proceedings both in emergencies and upon notice.
