“I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support I’ve received so far from Rachel Scales at scomo. My case involves a education dispute with the Local Authority regarding my son’s EHCP and specialist provision, and Rachel has been nothing short of incredible so far. From day one, she has shown genuine commitment, deep understanding of education law, and an impressive level of organisation. She responds quickly, explains things clearly, and makes sure I fully understand every step we’re taking. Her attention to detail is exactly what you need when dealing with a challenging LA and a complicated SEND case. What makes Rachel stand out is not just her professionalism, but her compassion. She treats my case with the seriousness and care it deserves, and her guidance has given me confidence during a very stressful time for my family. If you’re dealing with a difficult education matter or any SEND-related issues, I highly recommend Rachel Scales. Her dedication and expertise have already made a huge difference to my case.“
