Our Abuse Team are here to listen empathetically to your story and do our utmost to give you justice. 

We always help the victim/survivor of abuse seek compensation for the serious harm caused by abuse at any time of life, but mainly during childhood. 

We have over 25 years experience in abuse compensation claims, and have been instrumental in not only setting up a national association of lawyers striving for excellence (our Mr Garsden is one of the founder members of ACAL (Association of Child Abuse Lawyers and current President), but also contributed to many precedent setting legal cases.
