Originally from West London, Jay moved to the West Country in January 2002 and has remained ever since as she loves the area.
Jay has been a solicitor for just over 20 years and is on the Law Society Children Panel and an Accredited member of Resolution (Children and Co-habitation). She acted for the mother in the Court of Appeal case Re L (children) (care proceedings) 2006 3FCR 301.
Jay undertakes both Private and Public Law Children cases acting for children and parents and other family members.
Jay also helps people in violent or abusive relationships to obtain protective injunction orders through the Courts. Jay takes a fair but robust approach when representing her clients.
Jay lives in Winscombe, North Somerset and in her spare time likes walking her dog, cooking and eating.
