Consultant Solicitor | Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence
Howard Kent is an experienced personal injury and clinical negligence solicitor who has been helping injured people and their families pursue compensation for many years.
He acts in a wide range of claims, including serious and life-changing injuries, fatal accidents, accidents at work, road traffic accidents, public liability claims and clinical negligence cases.
Howard understands that the consequences of a serious injury can extend far beyond the injury itself. Clients may be dealing with financial pressures, changes to their independence and employment, ongoing treatment and uncertainty about the future. He takes time to understand the individual circumstances of each client, explain the legal process clearly and provide practical support throughout their claim.
His approach is reflected in client feedback, which frequently highlights his care, compassion, professionalism and willingness to explain matters in detail.

In cases where compensation is due to clients, he advises on the suitability of placing clients’ damages in a Personal Injury Trust.
He believes every client deserves proper attention and clear advice, regardless of the size or complexity of their claim.
