Jenny Andrews qualified as a solicitor in 2010 in a busy high street law firm in Blackpool and has practiced in the field of Family Law for over 10 years. Jenny is a member of the Children Panel, having gained the Children Law Accreditation Certificate in April 2024.
Jenny joined Scott-Moncrieff & Associates Ltd in 2017 as a Consultant Solicitor working across the Lancashire area and has a busy caseload of both private and public law proceedings. Jenny has a reputation for providing compassion and dedication to each of her clients.
In her public law cases, Jenny represents both parents and extended family members. Jenny has represented vulnerable clients as well as those facing serious allegations such as drug offences, serious assault, allegations of non-accidental injury and domestic violence.
Within her private law cases, Jenny has extensive experience dealing with complex child arrangements disputes, financial remedy cases and divorce.
Jenny represents both applicants and respondents in relation to injunction proceedings both in emergencies and upon notice.
Jenny is well known for her dedication to clients’ well-being, supporting them through difficult times in their lives, allowing them to feel empowered.
Jenny has links with Lancashire Women, assisting vulnerable clients.
INTERESTS
In her spare time, Jenny spends most of her time outdoors with her husband and two young sons who are keen football and sports enthusiasts. Jenny loves spending time with her family, travelling and socialising.
