Introduction to Mental Health Review Tribunals

This comprehensive two-day course has been approved by the Law Society as suitable for solicitors seeking to attain membership of the Mental Health Review Tribunal (MHRT) panel. The course is designed for practitioners with a good grounding in mental health law and the issues affecting mentally disordered clients. Case studies and a question and answer session enable delegates to explore the recent developments in mental health law. A mock tribunal chaired by Robert Robinson, a MHRT president, provides an opportunity to discuss good practice with practitioners who all have extensive experience of MHRTs.
