Morag McNiven worked as an assistant in Scomo’s  mental health unit for several years before undertaking her training contract with Scomo and qualifying as a solictor.

Morag is a member of the Law Society’s Mental Health Panel and  represents restricted clients in Broadmoor and Rampton. She has  a particular interest in women detained within the mental health system.

Morag also maintains strong links with the 999 Club, a south London charity for the mentally vulnerable, addicted and homeless
