Jen Regan was called to the Bar in 2005 after which she began work as a legal representative in a London prison law firm. In 2007 she relocated to Manchester to set up a prison law department at a firm in Salford.

She joined the Scomo prison law unit in July 2009. She has a particular interest in representing children in custody.
