Jane Martin-Dye qualified as a Solicitor in 1995 specialising in Family and Criminal Law
cases.
She became an accredited member of the Solicitors Family Law Association and a Police Station and Court Duty Solicitor before then specialising in Wills, Trusts and Probate matters in 2004.
She became a full member of Solicitors For The Elderly in 2009 whose aims are "to be
the centre of excellence in areas of private law relevant to older and vulnerable
adults, their families' and carers' needs and concerns such as:
- Consent, capacity and substituted decision-making
- Financial planning, including the funding of retirement and long-term care
- Social care issues
- Dealing with abuse
And to be experts in traditional areas of law such as: wills, probate and trusts, tax
planning, court of protection, powers of attorney and property matters."
Based in Rickmansworth she covers the Northern Home Counties and now heads
the Elderly Client Unit.
