We also have experience in equal pay claims, and all other types of employment claims, such as unfair dismissal, breach of contract, unauthorised deduction from wages, whistle-blowing
claims and unfair selection for redundancy.

We can advise on compromise agreements. It is important to take independent legal advice on such agreements as soon as possible. We can advise on any potential claims you may have and negotiate the best compensation package in the circumstances.

Most employment claims are subject to a three month limitation period, so don't delay, contact us now. This rule is complicated however, and if three months have passed since the matter occurred that you are unhappy about, we may still be able to help you.

We cannot offer legal aid for employment cases. We can act for you on a “no win, no fee” basis subject to an assessment of your case. We offer up to half an hour's free legal advice to enable us to assess your case and tell you if we think we can help you. Our clients always receive 100% of the compensation we achieve for them.
